Within ten (10) calendar days after receiving your order, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the item(s) you do not wish to keep as an exchange for another item(s) or for a full refund of the purchase price.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to our facility with a trackable shipping method, and is also responsible for any damages that occur during shipping the merchandise back to us. We strongly recommend insuring items being shipped back to our facility. The insurance value should be the actual price paid for the item(s) being shipped back, minus the initial shipping charge. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition it was initially received by the customer. We strongly recommend seeking professional help when packing artwork and valuable items. After ten (10) calendar days after receiving your order, exchanges and refunds will not be authorized.
This return policy exclude items that are subject to separate terms of sale, invoice or agreement. Special orders such as custom-framed or commissioned artworks cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Exchange / Return Instructions
All exchanges and returns must be authorized and arranged by customer service. Customer must call or contact customer service to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns without a return authorization code may not be accepted into our facility and may be returned to the customer. Customer service will provide customer with additional information on how to properly pack and ship the items back to our facility.
